📅 #OnThisDay in 1889: Mist and rain led to the cancellation of Teutonic's call at Queenstown, heading straight to Liverpool. Speed trials were successful, achieving 18 knots with three-quarter boiler power. At dinner, Sir Edward Harland praised Teutonic's promising performance.
