“My philosophy, in essence, is the concept of man as a heroic being, with his own happiness as the moral purpose of his life, with productive achievement as his noblest activity, and reason as his only absolute.” — Ayn Rand

Hey!!👋🏼 Yea you!!🫵🏼 Do me a favor and REPOST this. I’ll repost your pinned tweet! Fun fact: shadowbans rarely impact your visibility to the accounts who often interact with you. What they do is keep you in a little echo chamber. 😒 I want out!!
I’m officially retiring from playing the game I love! Thank you @Sports_Spectrum for helping me to announce my big decision! #retired #mlb #nextchapter
Two-time Gold Glove MLB shortstop Nick Ahmed @NickAhmed13 just announced his retirement from baseball on our"Get in the Game" podcast with host @ScottLinebrink. "The game has given me so much and I have so much to be thankful for from it, but now it's time to move on."
Awesome! So much I want to know about Block 3. 😀
Shortly before the next flight, I will do a live technical update on Starship, going over progress to date and engineering/production/launch plans for the future.
When I was born, my mom didn’t want to hold me. I had a cone-shaped head from the forceps and vacuum complications. She was overwhelmed. So for the first two weeks, my dad stepped in. I was nameless for those two weeks. Just a baby with no identity yet. Until one night,…
Dragon arrives at the hangar at pad 39A in Florida ahead of its sixth flight to the @Space_Station. Falcon 9 is targeted to launch Dragon and @NASA’s Crew-11 to the orbiting laboratory no earlier than Thursday, July 31

Our first image of Betelgeuse's companion star revealed ⭐ This is NASA's discovery of a close-orbiting star to Betelgeuse, the 10th brightest star in our night sky. A @nasaames scientist confirmed the century-old hypothesis by using one of the largest ground-based telescopes…
This is a naively optimistic understanding of human nature. In the same way that a muscle cannot grow unless it strains against a weight, the moment AI and robotics replace all human labor and creativity, we become superfluous. Most people won’t become Da Vinci.
Few people are more unbearable than hardcore UBI opponents. The idea is to be debated in details, but those who want to stop AI and robotics just to preserve their sense of purpose through exploitation have internalized slavery so deeply, they panic at the thought of freedom.
Always a Diamondback Nick, thank you! Congrats on your retirement, all the best!⚾️
For as long as I can remember, all I ever wanted to do was play baseball. I got to live out my childhood dream and play for a very long time! After 15 professional seasons and over a decade in the big leagues I am officially hanging up my spikes and retiring from playing.
Here's something that will blow your mind: The average person today lives better than kings and queens throughout most of human history. Medieval royalty died from infected cuts. They lived in freezing castles filled with rats and human waste. They never tasted chocolate…
I can't speak gamer language because I haven't ever played a rpg but I guess I'd give it a 3/5 and would come back if I got to be the leveled up wiser version of me from the get go. Stand outs: The scenery, the love, animals!, art, music, cool puzzles to solve. Glitches:…
After careful consideration, 5⭐️ The rules are simple, there’s about 7 of them. Directions were there, but often subtle. Failure presented the lessons and the tests were given over and over with different variables to apply the lessons. The intensive training was…
I think i choose to keep coming back. No "saved checkpoint". I keep coming back and remembering. And learning. And teaching. Bodhidatva. I give it 5 stars. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
10/10 Awesome. Epic. Nothing made sense until everything made sense. Just one complaint... I wasn't done with that run. Put me back in!
3/5. Insufficient guide book. Levelling up took forever. Distinct lack of other player characters later in the game. Results did not meet moderate expectations. But . . . in-app food has been great, and there's wine! Collected a few valuable humans long the way. Birthed a…
The intro level sucked, it lasted 18 YEARS! After that it was ok, I could have done without all the dramatic sequences though. Honestly it was great until the story took a stupid twist and then afterwards when the game devs took out Harambe and turned the story into swiss cheese
4.5/5, would take this ride again. With a request for less suffering (not mine, just generally).
