One the best - albeit less discussed - aspects of tokenization will be self-custody. It'll create a means to eliminate counterparty risk - and mitigate centralized risk altogether. As a bonus, it could simultaneously incentivize better terms for investors to keep their assets…

Fun fact that might've been lost in the Crypto Week euphria- This week, the Financial Services Committee will mark up a bill to eliminate the production of the penny. This wouldn't happen if the dollar wasn't experiencing perpetual devaluation.
This is a fantastic day for the U.S. with GENIUS heading to the President's desk and CLARITY moving to the Senate. There's a lot of credit to go around to different members of Congress and the Admin, but dont forget to have a toast to the staff tonight. They put up with a lot.
🚨NEW: The GENIUS Act just passed the House in a vote of 308-122 with 102 Democrats voting in favor — again, more than expected. Another big bipartisan win for crypto. Now, onto @GOPMajorityWhip’s Anti-CBDC bill.
