At Barn Elms in a green and tranquil part of west London, we wanted to ensure our works enhanced the nature conservation of the site by wrapping our kiosk in materials to promote a diverse array of biodiversity, together with installing a biodiverse roof. tideway.london/impact/

While constructing the #SuperSewer, we aimed to promote new industry occupational health standards and working practices. This included campaigns and health initiatives on sites, access to mental health practitioners and health screenings tideway.london/impact/

On @TidewayLondon, we sought to raise the bar on driver training and behaviour change. Over 2000 people have been through EPIC: Logistics, a version of our immersive induction for anyone in a traffic or logistics role tideway.london/impact/

While constructing the #SuperSewer, we introduced iniatives related to road safety standards (the Direct Vision Standard), driver induction and training, and lorry design to make things safer for those using London's roads tideway.london/impact/

As well as external training sessions, we created a network of Mental Health First Aiders trained to have the awareness and skills to offer support to colleagues. tideway.london/impact/
