What I’m saying is you don’t have to hit the gym before you resume playing. You can just start slow. Maybe 10-15mins daily and gradually you’ll grow back to fitness.

Why would you not play for 11 years and now want to play again? 🤔 like a whole 11 years and you didn’t do anything sport related? Not even running? All of a sudden you want to start, I feel that’s reaching.
You never ready, stopped playing for 11 years and you suddenly want to start again without buildings strength, Me:- be watching u closely with casket while u play 😜

If u stop playing football for a long time and want to resume, don’t just jump back in immediately. Instead, try going 4 rd walks and hit the gym for at least 2 to 3 wks. I have seen a lot of ppl face serious issues on the pitch because of this. U need to build back strength
And I’m not talking about sports😪
