First week back training 😅 Not going to lie to you, been in a really weird place the last few weeks since the challenge finished. Been very busy and that’s keeping my mind of things but with anything in life, you work towards something and let it consume your mind. You feel…

HALF MARATHON WITH IAIN WARD I rarely do announcements when I’m meeting or running with someone but this one is a dream come true. Next month on the 14th I will be flying to Ireland to be Iain’s guest for a half marathon in the town of Offaly. When you think of inspirations,…

1.6KG loss this week. 145KG to 107KG now, the push for double figures is on❤️

Ready to get back to training now. Sub 25 attempt next week. Today was just about getting out there. Appreciate the love and messages from the other days post. 4 days without any anxiety attacks now. To all those out there suffering with them. You are never alone in this battle❤️

Post I’ve been contemplating to do for the last few weeks but a year ago at my worst- I always promised myself I’d speak out if anything was going on. About a month and a half ago I suffered my first ever panic attack whilst on a train to a concert. Suddenly was hit with…

FACE OF @mindcharity FOR LONDON MARATHON 2026 💙 Delighted to announce I have been invited to run in the London Marathon next year representing the mind charity. Since I began running and even years before that, I used to watch the London Marathon every year. The emotions, the…

Haven’t been posting a lot on here recently as going through a bit of a battle in my own head atm. But slowly and steadily we are getting back to it. Love you dad, keep battling my mate ❤️

Life would be so different without this man. Thank you for everything and nice to see you again @hardestgeezer ❤️

What an honour being interviewed by the @guardian Not often I talk about my battle with OCD intrusive thoughts but so grateful I did. Something that affects so many people in so many different ways. Spent over 6 months locking myself away because I thought bad things were going…

Spent 3 hours talking to the @guardian last week. The most emotional interview I’ve given, talking in details about my struggles with OCD, depression and mental health as well as the challenge it self. Thank you for this opportunity ❤️ theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2…

6 miles done tonight. Legs are starting to come back into fitness. Goal now is to lose as much weight and gain stamina before the next challenge. Been on a bit of a comedown since the UK run and it’s made me realise how short life really is. Mental health matters, keep smiling…

First proper run back completed. 5 miles ticked off, road to full recovery is back on. Not the fastest time in the world but up a couple hills and a steady pace helped the legs a lot. It’s good to be home ❤️

Life since the challenge… Been a weird few weeks, adapting back to normal life. Not going on social media as much and spending a lot more time with family. 2 weeks of eating whatever was nice but it’s time to get back to training 🫡

Reunited with Karen today. Only reason I’m still here is because of her. Thank you to all the amazing mental health workers out there ❤️
Today I said goodbye to the woman who saved my life for the last time before my challenge ❤️ I first went to Karen just over 8 years ago and since then throughout everything- she has always been there for me. I give every achievement for her, without her I wouldn’t be here. 22…
First dinner with the grandparents since the challenge. Thank you to the amazing people who organised this ❤️

First run since the challenge… Had no idea what to expect going into this but road to full recovery and pace is going to take a while. Got 2 miles in and the legs were in bad shape, going to focus on leg work at the gym and then back to running soon 🤞

£150,000 raised in aid of mind. Thank you so much. We keep talking, mental health matters ❤️
