In May 2024 @The_SSAC received regulations on changes to #WorkCapabilityAssessment descriptors. A General Election meant scrutiny couldn't be completed. A judicial review has since found the consultation for these changes was unlawful and DWP has withdrawn the regs, but ... 1/2
