Essential reading from the best to have ever done did it.

I've worked as a CM for 8 years at this point, and I'm still getting the book. @TheVTran is the icon of the community management scene, and I know I'm gonna learn a lot! Amazon - please give me the book ASAP 😅

If you're serious about wanting to get into community management, this is essential reading from the woman most of us look up to. Icon in the CM scene and someone who is very transparent with showing her experience of what worked (or didn't) and why!
