2026 wide receiver Bennett Naquin has committed to Southeastern. Naquin has played both wide receiver and quarterback at Hahnville and was an All-District baseball selection last season. #LionUp
Let me add to the Connor Cuff news. The kid could’ve easily played quarterback at the Division I level. He had an offer from HCU but focused on baseball. He’s a former high school All-American. If he finds his bat he’s got potential to be the best infielder in the Southland.
Louisiana-Lafayette transfer Connor Cuff has committed to Southeastern. Cuff appeared in 58 games for ULL, batting .184 with 2 home runs and 18 RBI. An excellent athlete, Cuff quarterbacked a 4A state championship team as a senior in Texas, throwing for 52 touchdowns.
