In Q2 2025, Tesla recorded one crash for every 6.69 million miles driven in which drivers were using Autopilot technology. For comparison, there is a crash every 702,000 miles in the U.S. per the latest NHTSA data released in 2023. Tesla Autopilot is 10x safer than humans.
