Option 3 is eminently sensible. If you have a house worth millions of dollars your aged pension should get repaid out of your estate on death.
Options to make it more accessible and equitable for all: 1) sell the home and downsize 2) reverse mortgage 3) pension gets repaid out of estate upon death
