Scaling isn’t for everyone. If you don’t understand this, you will scale, hire a team, get higher overhead, can’t maintain quality and ultimately, no profit.

Colour grading tip: if you grade with masks, create a final adjustment layer after working on separate layers. On this final layer, do a MINOR edit that will affect the whole image (like colour balance, tint, saturation, etc). This helps me achieve a consistent blend most times.
