REPORT. After visiting value resorts at both Universal and Disney today, I can UNEQUIVOCALLY state that Universal value resorts are better for when you are going to Universal and... wait for it.... Disney resorts are better for when visiting Disney.
And I repeat. #WaterParkSeason / #PoolSeason isnt when you CAN visit pools and water parks. Its when you MUST visit pools, beaches ⛱️ and water parks if outside.
