Overtime my family and friends learned that when it’s time for me to lock in on a vision or dream, I’m all the way in. I love em and I pray for em every day and it’s not personal, but there’s work to do. God sets the route and I don’t question it, I just go.
The basketball part is the easy part, it’s the mental aspect that separates the players.
After coaching on the 3SSB circuit this spring/summer: The top guards separate themselves not from their ability to shot create, but their ability to make decisions, pass with both hands, make the right play, defend They do the SIMPLE very well
8am games and the gym is locked at 7:20am. 🤯 It’s so much bigger than basketball.
At this point in my life, God gave me the squad I needed. I’m proud to be their coach. Yeah….it’s 12u, but these young men respect the game and play good brand of basketball! Growth is real! SideNote- Our game against Network was lit 🔥 Lowkey standing room only.🤯
If you wait to prepare on game day, you already behind.
