The New York Knicks are expected to add Charles Allen to their coaching staff, league sources told @hoopshype. Knicks head coach Mike Brown and Allen worked together previously on the Sacramento Kings. Brown is also expected to add Riccardo Fois whom he worked with in Sacramento.
