Inshallah!
The New York Post is notorious for making or breaking political careers, for raising or tanking reputations, and for injecting local public discourse with their sectarian venom. But Mamdani seems impervious to their attacks, and it seems they have finally met their match in him.
When you piss off all the right people.

Only in New York.
It’s the 1921 Italian anti-fascist Arditi del Popolo flag held by Mamdani supporters versus the Israeli flag and Curtis Sliwa campaign posters held by people pissed that Mamdani flipped off the Colombus statue in 2020.
These stories in the @TheIndypendent by volunteers for Mamdani are fun to read. I’m one of them! 👀 indypendent.org/2025/07/mamdan…
If you give an inch, they will demand a yard.
Mamdani conceding on "intifada" to defer to fabricated perceptions does not speak highly of his ability to weather future times where he will need to be uncompromising. If you're going to be a tribune of the socialist left, you need to not be moved, even if that's uncomfortable.
This is the actual 20-minute interview segment with @apellitteri43 that we archived on our SoundCloud page. The link from the WBAI archive goes to the full one-hour show from that day. @explauratory soundcloud.com/the-indypenden…

The NYT's contempt for its readers knows no bounds.
EXPOSED: A new dossier from @wawog_now reveals material and ideological ties between Israel and journalists, editors, and executives of The New York Times. Whether serving in the IOF or taking money from pro-Israel consultancies, the staff at the Times is compromised.
Best NYC mayor ever. It's not even close.
Ever landed at LaGuardia? The airport is named for Fiorello La Guardia, a socialist who served as our 99th mayor. Scholars rank him the best big-city mayor in American history. He unified the transit system, curbed Tammany Hall and even had a WYNC show called Talk to the People.
