8-6-1994, 1st game I remember being at. Was the day game of doubleheader with Indians. My favorite player of all-time, John Valentin, went 5-5 with 5 RBI in the Red Sox 8-4 win. Otis Nixon had 3 hits, a walk & stole a base. Chris Howard pitched 4 innings in relief allowing 1 hit.

Happy 52nd bday @Nomar5! NOMAAAHHHH!!!!! Won ROY & led the AL in hits & triples. Won the batting title in both 1999 & 2000, hitting .357 & .372. Wasn't quite the same after the wrist injury but was still a star. Led AL with 56 doubles in 2002. 1997-2003 162 game avg .325 30 117

It's not his fault, he does not have the perspective of working a "typical" 9-5. Having done both now, he has no idea what it is like to no play baseball for a living. Only knows what he knows. I haven't had a full week off in 6 years, 😂😂😂. And have no off-season.
