If Sandler did a sequel to “Billy Madison”, many on here would treat it like “The Graduate.” These movies are silly and light. Chill out, everyone.
People are treating the Happy Gilmore franchise like it’s “The Godfather.” All Sandler movies are critically panned. Yet millions watch and are entertained. Happy Gilmore 2 is absurd, ridiculous and fun with a batshit plot just like the original. I loved both!

“Happy Gilmore 2” pretty much sucked. To all the ‘it’s all nostalgia. What did you expect?’ folks, I’d say it is possible to bring back a franchise, give the people all the cameos and nostalgia and actually make a decent movie…it’s called “Axel F”.
