Urbannizer at Skyscraperpage reports that construction has restarted on the Avalon Point project in West Campus. Construction stopped before it really got started early this year in a zoning dispute with the City.

The Oracle HQ expansion, 222 E. Riverside PUD and the 6th & Walsh project were all passed on all three readings. The N. Lamar & Airport project was postponed. I don't usually watch CC meetings, but I did today. Damn there are a lot of speakers who just don't want stuff…
