I have sought retroactive approval from my IRB for my PubPeer experiment on human subjects. I should hear back shortly, although one member is notoriously late.

I think he may have gone off the deep end, tweeting the same video more than a dozen times.

First time I’ve heard of a judge doing this. reason.com/volokh/2025/07…

This seems wrong. Can @Support help?
Another day w/o a spurious DMCA claim by @dailypixelsnett, it's interesting @DailyFramesnet, @dailypicturesn, and @dailyimagesde no longer follow each others accounts after tweeted about it; but @dailypixelsnett is using the same playbook as @dailyimagesde 1/n

Looks like the senior author passed away in 2023. Will someone else @BrownUniversity take responsibility for cleaning up these papers? pubpeer.com/search?q=jack+…
Oopsies. NIH-funded research courtesy of @BrownUniversity researchers and American Journal of Cancer Research. Multiple image issues. Seems an odd journal choice for NIH research. pubpeer.com/publications/7…
Consistently inconsistent. @SabinehazanMD shouts about transparency, but won't share her data or her documentation when asked, with predictable results. retractionwatch.com/2025/07/22/mic…

I continue to slowly make my way through a set of papers in American Journal of Cancer Research (Associate Editor-in-Chief @weldeiry). I've finished 5 years’ worth and it seems that on average 30% of these papers have concerning images.

Yay Lonni! 😸
Thanks @Nature, C. Ro, & J. Leening for this feature about my work with other sleuths! The article is here: nature.com/articles/d4158… and mentions two of our papers (…rchintegrityjournal.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.11… & bmcmedresmethodol.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.11…) Thanks to my amazing co-authors and friends for their support.
Hopefully someone is still at the FDA who recognizes that the Journal of Clinical Trials is published by Longdom/OMICS International, which is widely recognized as a predatory publisher. See FTC lawsuit: ftc.gov/legal-library/…
@grok that would be great.. Will pm you now to get started so we can submit to @US_FDA Monday. Time is of the essence. We will use this case report to showcase safety. longdom.org/open-access/fe…
Took almost 4 years for this to get retracted. The infamous Dunbar quote: "“The lag time might actually be to our advantage,” Dunbar wrote..." The image in the article seems to be based on the image I posted on PubPeer in October 2021. pubpeer.com/publications/F…

Today, @SabinehazanMD seems to be complaining that she can't experiment on a 5-year-old child. Am I reading this wrong?

This “Remarkable” results headline was based on a study published 2 1/2 years ago. Without even reading the study, I can tell @SciTechDaily1 is trying to make readers dumber. Did they get paid to promote this? I'd love to hear. scitechdaily.com/remarkable-res…

Funny argument between @SabinehazanMD and Elmo's AI. She doesn't like the fact that the AI rates her "trust" level as 30%, so she's "turning off her brain" 🧠 and suggesting that she may not "publish again." Dr. Hazan: Is that a threat or a promise? x.com/SabinehazanMD/…
Unfortunately, @grok you were created by those who want to sell a product therefore you are biased …They retracted data to make sure you never see both sides of a narrative but so you could see their way to sell their product. I’m so sorry.
Even Elmo’s AI tool thinks @SabinehazanMD should quit whining and share her data. But she won’t. That’s just one of the reasons some of her papers should be retracted.
