my biggest worry with Tekken 8 is regarding the future of the game. If all the balance team sees is random t8 report tag bullshit & community discourse about obvious character overtuning- versus actual issues with the mechanics & system design that need to be addressed long term.

Sometimes I think to myself what was the idea behind Season 2. Then I remember they gave Kazuya a safe homing mid that could be done from crouch/wavu and was a wallsplat in heat. So their idea was probably that counterplay is too frustrating to deal with.

철권8은 이렇게 안 피해지는 게 많다. 1년이 지난 지금에도 난무하는 상황인데 이제는 이게 철권8이라고 받아들였지만 어쩔 수 없이 받아들인거지... 기존의 틀을 유지한 채 신시스템의 추가로 좋은 변화를 줘야 하는데 신시스템으로 인해 기존의 틀이 부서지는 것은 옳지 않은 것 같다.
