It’s been RE Day! The Robins have been learning how different religions care for other people & the world around them. Thanks to the Hindu Education Services & Holy Trinity Heworth for helping us learn :)

We have read We’re Going on an Egg Hunt and then had an egg hunt outside this morning! It was super fun!

Mike and Abby from Holy Trinity Church came to talk to us about Easter as part of RE day. They told us a little bit about what they do for their jobs too.
We have had a lovely morning in school with YoYo! Learning all about the Easter story.
Woodpeckers are having a great time playing boccia and archery.
This afternoon we have enjoyed decorating Easter eggs and making baskets. We have also enjoyed Yogo, lots of crafts, a film, popcorn and a drink.
As part of whole school RE day, we had a visit from the Hindu Education Team. The children learnt a lot about the religion of Hinduism and even got the chance to dress up in traditional Indian clothes.
