Not long ago, some of us questioned why cyber charter schools were getting millions in federal COVID-19 relief grants - despite having guaranteed funding and already being set up for virtual learning. They got the money and their fund balances ballooned. We need reform.

NEW: In a historic victory for students, a judge has declared Pennsylvania's school funding system unconstitutional. We proved that the students who need the most have the least, because the state shortchanges low-wealth communities. It's time to change that.
