Sydney Wyche is interning with @NashvilleMWS this summer, 💧 🚰 working on a number of projects with NMWS this summer, everything from updating the city’s tree inventory using Geographic Information Systems mapping technology to assisting with watershed stream sampling. 🔬

Greenville, TN-native Olivia Whitmore is answering her career call at the Clyde Austin 4-H Camp where she is "loving it" running the camp's craft house this summer. The craft house is a safe place for children to come and express themselves and that's important. Good job! 💪 🏕️

Jayden Cole is answering her career call this summer in Chazy, New York where she is interning at the prestigious William H. Miner Agricultural Research Institute. The Miner Institute internship allows her the opportunity to enhance her knowledge of the Morgan horse industry! 🐴



Who's this answering their career call? It's Kyla Hughes, who is spending her summer this year at Harvard Medical School. Kyla is a part of the Summer Honors Research Program, where she's working a research project on heart regeneration in mice. 🫀 🐁 Way to go Kyla! 🐅 🐅




TSUAg undergrad Iveriana Gaskins is answering her personal career call this summer in Crossville, TN where she's interning with the Clyde York 4-H Camp. Iveriana joins a handful of her student colleagues at the camp, getting hands-on experience working in youth development. 🐅



Agriculture Science major and biotechnology concentration undergraduate student Paris Johnson is answering the career call this summer in interning with Hope Industrial Systems. Paris is busy learning the production process and how everything comes together behind the scenes. 🐅

Emma Douglas is answering her career call this summer at the University of Alabama, where she's participating in a food and nutrition program. Emma's internship is providing her with hands-on laboratory experience and academic knowledge in food science and nutrition research.

Answering the career call is Kayla Bridges, who is "serving" as Restaurant Operations Intern at Daily Provisions in NYC! 🧑🏿🍳 🥦 🍗 Her role is to assist in the daily operational management across multiple restaurant locations of Daily Provisions in the city. 🏙️ Nice job Kayla!




TSUAg and the Urban Green Lab officially opened a new oral history experience project that will visit different parts of Nashville over the next year, the "Voices of Resilience" project. This exhibit amplifies the stories of those living on the frontline of a shifting climate.




TSUAg and the College's Dr. Emanuel Omondi played host to growers and industry professionals from across the country this week for a three-day hands-on workshop on building with "Hempcrete," a sustainable, eco-friendly fiber hemp building material. #hempfarming #hemp
