Bicycle signals have been installed at the Commissioners Street and Munition Street intersection to facilitate safe access to Biidaasige Park. People cycling should stop at the painted stop bar when their signal is red, and yield to pedestrians crossing. toronto.ca/services-payme…



Starting Sunday evening, contra-flow bike lanes will be installed on Wallace Avenue (Lansdowne Avenue to St. Clarens Avenue) and Emerson Avenue (Dupont Street to Bloor Street), as part of the Wallace Emerson Neighbourhood Streets Plan. See toronto.ca/wallaceemerson… for more info.
The City's contractor is performing repairs to address ponding issues in the College Street cycle tracks. The bikeway will reopen on July 26 and 27. The remaining work will resume week of July 28, and is anticipated to be complete by August 1. toronto.ca/services-payme…
The westbound cycle tracks on Shoreham Drive from Murray Ross Parkway to the parking lot entrance will be closed between July 25 and August 8, while the closure to the eastbound cycle tracks from Murray Ross Parkway to a point 150 m west will be in place until August 11. (2/2)
Shoreham Drive will be closed to vehicular traffic (including bicycles) from Murray Ross Parkway to The Pond Road between July 26 and August 8 for the National Bank Open. This area will become a pedestrian-only zone, with signage and paid duty officers on site. (1/2)

In 2025, the State of Good Repair Program included bringing pavement markings up to meet current standards and adding enhancements on bikeways on Esther Shiner Boulevard, Cosburn Avenue, and the intersection of College Street and Beverley Street. (2/2)
