Very impressive findings of an RCT of iCBT-I for insomnia when applied in workplaces (and during COVID!). May be a good model for improving wellbeing in the workplace. Huge effects sizes on sleep, anxiety, depression, although not actigraphy. @BABCP #babcp2024 @TMoukhtarian
