We're volunteers who grow, plant & care for hundreds (thousands?) of the trees around us in our Hackney parks, commons, orchards & woodlands.
Another one to add to our collection! @GreenFlagUK @hackneycouncil

Have you applied for the p/t Administrator post with the Tree Musketeers and not heard from us? If so, please send your sent application to [email protected] by 27 June. There was a problem at our end and we want to ensure we have received all applications. Thanks.

Slo-Mo video of honey bees leaving and returning to a hive at our community tree nursery. It seems they may not be as graceful as they look in real time. The nursery is open for volunteering each Wed, Fri, and last Sat of the month from 10am-3pm. treemusketeers.org.uk
Thanks to Marlis, Sue, Jody and George for coming out on a glorious Sunday morning and watering all the trees we planted this last winter season. We’re happy to report all the trees attended to yesterday are bursting with the uplifting optimism that spring always brings with it.

Hackney Downs park planting with volunteers on 9 Mar. We planted 3 trees, a sorbus latifolia (broad-leaved whitebeam), a sorbus aucuparia (rowan) and a laburnum x watereri (laburnum) - adding to 7 which we planted back in Dec 24, so a total of 10 new trees this planting season.
