TCDA was pleased to host a delegation from DAYU Irrigation Group Co. Ltd,a global leader in advanced irrigation solutions, based in China. The team met with the CEO, Dr. Andy Osei Okrah, to build strategic partnerships in capacity building and innovative irrigation technologies.

Today, the CEO, of TCDA, @AndyOOkrah together with the leadership of the Authority, had the honour of welcoming members of the Parliamentary Select Committee on Food, Agriculture and Cocoa Affairs led by Hon. Dr. (Phd) Godfred Seidu Jasaw- chairman of the committee.

The Artisanal Palm Oil Millers and Outgrowers Association, Ghana, expressed their delight during a courtesy visit by the CEO of the Tree Crops Development Authority (TCDA), Dr. Andy Osei Okrah, to Denkyembour Oil Palm Ltd at Bemenase in the Eastern Region.

The CEO of the Tree Crops Development Authority (TCDA), @AndyOOkrah paid a courtesy visit to the Association of Eastern Region Rubber Out-growers and Farmers. He also visited the Rubber Plantations Ghana Ltd and pledged TCDA’s support in tackling the shortage of raw materials.

The CEO of the Tree Crops Development Authority (TCDA) Dr. @AndyOOkrah, represented the Authority at the three days Horticultural Expo 2025, which was officially opened by H.E. President John Dramani Mahama in Accra.

TCDA CEO Dr. @AndyOOkrah paid a courtesy visit to the leadership of the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa AGRA, (Ghana) led by Dr. Betty Annan, to strengthen collaboration on capacity building for extension officers, and support youth & women in tree crop value chain.

The cup-lump price is pegged to the dollar as it is mostly exported. Previously, the price was a little above 11 cedis per kg. Now, it is 8, which is a 3 cedi reduction. A tonne which erstwhile would have gone for 11k will now be 8k.
