On the podcast this week, @brad_polumbo and I discuss the white Canadian man who posed as a gender-fluid Nigerian poet and got 47 deliberately awful poems published, and a new study that flips the narrative on bullying and trans-identified youth. 🔗citationneededpodcast.com/p/this-man-lie…
I got so tired of debunking the same 10 arguments against free speech over and over… I finally said, “Fine. Nadine and I will just put the answers in one place.” That place is called The War on Words. It’s out TODAY.
This person just earned a Doctor of Psychology from the University of Hartford for her dissertation on misconceptions about "intersex" conditions, yet the very first sentence makes the long-debunked claim that 1.7% (or even 4%!) of people are intersex.🤦♂️

Good Grok.
The 1.7% figure is inflated, including non-intersex conditions like Klinefelter syndrome and late-onset CAH. Per Leonard Sax's peer-reviewed analysis, the true prevalence of intersex (ambiguous or inconsistent sex traits) is approximately 0.018%.
This person just got a PhD from the University of Washington for this dissertation. In it, he argues that restricting or limiting access to "gender-affirming care" "continue[s] the long history of active eugenic practices, including forced sterilization for...LGBTQ+ people." 🤨
Forced sterilisation = eugenics. Preserving fertility ≠ eugenics. 🙄

These are the opening paragraphs from today’s New York Times article. Calling kids “transgender minors” is not editorial neutrality. Nor is it a matter of “style.” It is taking sides in a debate, and NYT has to stop pretending otherwise. Also, “two transgender daughters”?
The author of this new paper in the European Journal of Politics and Gender both furious and baffled by the success of the UK's gender critical feminist movement. Apparently @jk_rowling's celebratory cigar and cocktail on her "fabulous superyacht" was particularly triggering.😂

The story refers to the murderer as a "woman," uses feminine pronouns throughout, and includes no photos. There were, however, a few clues that the murderer was actually a man, like the fact that no woman has ever purchased a samurai sword.

Quite frankly if I were forced in a presidential election to choose between voting for AOC and a candidate who supports this guy's worldview I would quite frankly vote for AOC. Quite frankly.
Nothing would do more to raise WNBA salaries than if all these progressives upset about how little the players earn stopped merely complaining about it on social media and actually went out and bought tickets to a game.
Excuse me @CTVNews but I am not a “former” nurse. I never lost my license.

The WNBA should lower the rim to help facilitate more dunks.
