Swindon bin watch

Can @SwindonCouncil please explain why your website shows all blue bags collected last Thurs & Fri yet anyone driving around can still see thousands waiting? My recycling sat there once again. not collected on time since Nov apparently its not just an Xmas problem? @jimrobbins
