founder @cactroHQ | we’re in the business of changing people’s lives
Whenever someone asks why I’m building Cactro, I tell them the story of a coder who was working as a security guard before we placed him at a 5.5 LPA job. His family’s annual earning was less than 1 lakh rupees. He dropped out of college due to a financial crisis and started…
How to talk about your project in an interview that it’s excites the recruiter or founder (even if you’ve built something small or incomplete) Let me say this straight up: You don’t need a perfect project to impress in an interview. You only need to talk about it with clarity…

– dropped out of diploma – never was asked for interviews or resume – no college degree – built proof of work and got hired Thank you so much @SwapAgarwal for featuring me in the #SelfMade series!
He used to question if he even belonged in tech. Now he’s building AI products at a US startup (backed by Sam Altman). Welcome to Cactro’s #SelfMade series. Saurabh didn’t come from a top college. He wasn’t even interested in tech, he just wanted a laptop to play games. But…

📣📣 Calling for more self-taught developer stories. If you’ve built your career without a fancy college or a big degree, the world needs to hear your journey. Your story could give someone the courage to start. Just drop a 👋 in the comments and I’ll reach out. You can also…
You write a debugging post in Jan. Someone bookmarks it in March. They mention your name in a meeting in Jun. That turns into an opportunity in September. By then, you've forgotten about the original post entirely. You think you "got lucky". But luck had nothing to do with it.
