कल्पवृक्ष देवलोक का एक वृक्ष। इसे देवतरु तथा कल्पलता इत्यादि नामों से भी जाना जाता है। पुराणों के अनुसार समुद्रमंथन से प्राप्त 14 रत्नों में कल्पवृक्ष भी था। यह इंद्र को दे दिया गया था और इंद्र ने इसकी स्थापना सुरकानन में कर दी थी। पद्मपुराण के अनुसार परिजात ही कल्पवृक्ष है।
