Mars has oxygen. Just... not the useful kind. How many oxygen canisters do you take in your backpack when you go exploring?
Technically, you only need oxygen and water to survive on Mars. But tell that to user 8a22a, who just built a skyscraper out here for fun. When you’ve been alone on a planet long enough, a 10+ story base starts to feel… reasonable.
