Asking for help is difficult. It takes a huge amount of courage. But asking for help could be the most important thing you ever do. It allows people around you to listen to your feelings, talk to you about them, and support you. 💚
What if a conversation about suicide could save a life? We know talking about suicide can be extremely difficult. You might not know what to say, or worry you'll say the wrong thing. We're normalising talking about suicide, and giving people the confidence to do so. 🩵🩷🧡💚
