Last night a heady dose of 90s nostalgia… tonight a flashback to the 80s! Love Action, Living on the Ceiling, You Take Me Up, Electric Dreams, Sound of The Crowd… what a setlist! A glorious gig at Cardiff Castle with Human League, Thompson Twins’ Tom Bailey and Blancmange.

A late-night Oasis gig, followed by an early Sunday morning call, isn’t the best race-day preparation. Still, a thoroughly enjoyable, if tardy Porthcawl 10k. And the sore head was totally worth it! 🏃🏾‍♂️ #OasisLive25 #Porthcawl10k
