How long will people continue to ignore this? Using fatigue to recruit type II fibers is the worst possible strategy

Turn the lat pull-down into a strength and type II fiber exercise using bands I want to target my biggest and strongest fiber type from the first rep to the last rep, not just the last few reps in a set Check the video for full context
No one has made the Single Arm DB Bench Press famous It doesn’t have a mom or dad It’s not a bodybuilding exercise, it’s not a powerlifting exercise etc so it’s not a common exercise But it should be, here’s my mindset on how I use it plus some tips and tricks
