Steamfitters Local 449 was established in 1913. Our members are highly trained craftsmen who fabricate, install and service piping systems.
Today’s Steamfitters require constant training to keep up with our ever evolving industry. That’s why our Technology Center continues to be a state-of-the-art hub of education for our members long after they graduate our apprenticeship program! #training #technology
Yesterday, we joined in on the Heavy Metal Experience! We welcomed this group of students to the technology center and gave them a hands-on introduction to our organization. These programs allow us to promote careers in the trades and to attract future apprentices.
