Playing whatever this sport is with my 3 yo son last night. He nails a perfect shot. I shout “Wow buddy, that was amazing, that was your best one yet!” He lights up, grinning, laughing, fist-pumping. Then runs over and hugs me. Pure joy. Kids are the best!

Most dads don’t need more time with their kids. They need less phone in the time they already have. 10 minutes of full presence beats 2 hours of distracted scrolling beside them. Put it down. Look them in the eye. That’s fatherhood

Reading this gem by @Homeschool_LLC My 7 yo son sees it on the coffee table and excitedly says: “Dad! This book is called “Kids need school”, but mom put a piece of tape on it so now it’s actually called “Kids DON’T Need School! He’s pretty excited about the concept! 😝
