If Amorim isn't the man for the job yet the board were insistent on getting him, the focus should be on the board because they are evidently not good enough at recruiting. What's the point of sacking Amorim if the same board is going to be the ones recruiting the new manager?
I'll be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of Amorim, but every manager failing post Fergusen tells you the story really. Stop trying to build like you do on a Jenga tower and first focus on the core issues which create a multitude of other ones ๐
