MPs must vote no to welfare cuts!! Expert legal advice contradicts the governments claims!!
BREAKING - legal opinion for @EquityUK suggests disability benefit reforms breach international human rights obligations @Dis_PPL_Protest #TakingthePiP @LabourOutlook @LabourHub @LabourList MPs should oppose these cuts and demand a rethink
Just to remind people PIP (which the government is suggesting to scrap) is a payment for adjustments not a payment for unemployment. Almost 50% of PIP goes to people in work - to help them get to work. Anyone suggesting scrapping PIP will get people working is just lying.
Recent reports talking about number of people in temporary accommodation and lack of housing available, the issue is Landlords, HMOs,Universities and land banking. If @UKLabour want to Fix the housing shortage stop these things and build social housing and accessible housing.

How is it that a gathering of more than 20 nations is ignored by MSM? "we have begun the work of ending the era of impunity. These measures show that we will no longer allow international law to be treated as optional, or Palestinian life as disposable." middleeasteye.net/news/gaza-war-…
Gutted @Costco switched from @pepsi to the vile @CocaCola in their restaurants
Really disappointed @ChrisWebbMP voted for a shoddy welfare reform bill today!! Especially after he voted against last time and nothing really changed just kicked the cam down the road while we deal with a review that is likely to be full of yes people!
Seems our leaders need to see themselves in our shoes #BinUCBill @Keir_Starmer @RachelReevesMP @leicesterliz @areyoflight @Dis_PPL_Protest @DisRightsUK

All labour MPs should read this letter to the U.K. gov regarding welfare cuts! Including my own MP @karinsmyth and then vote no!! #TakingThePIP @Dis_PPL_Protest acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc…
All MPs should watch this before voting to cut in half the UC Health Element for sick and disabled people. The so-called exemptions for those who meet the Severe Conditions Criteria (SCC) are deeply flawed.
SEVERE CONDITION CRITERIA The Green Paper is diminished, but please lobby against the ‘severe condition criteria’—a hugely dangerous and discriminatory change to UC health rules that would drastically increase new claimants’ financial and psychological precarity. #TakingThePIP
Labour MP @MarieTidball delivers a powerful speech: “It is with a heavy broken heart that I will be voting against this bill today. “As a matter of conscience, I need my constituents to know I cannot support the proposed changes to PIP as currently drafted...”
Rally on 30th will be BSL accessible we’ve got Nicky Evans and Kathleen Gilligan interpreting!! #TakingThePIP #BSLaccessmatters @Dis_PPL_Protest @Deaf

PIP is not an out of work benefit PIP is not an out of work benefit PIP is not an out of work benefit PIP is not an out of work benefit PIP is not an out of work benefit PIP is not an out of work benefit PIP is not an out of work benefit PIP is not an out of work benefit
Labour MPs face a stark choice - they may not be re-selected by the Party if they vote against the Bill - but will almost certainly NOT be re- elected by voters - should they vote for the cuts or enable it to pass by abstaining.
Confirmed, Reform UK’s Deputy Leader in Durham Council @darrengrimes_ is a liar. Undisputedly.
Bristol south has some of the poorest areas of the U.K. and people in this area are already struggling!! Yet @UKLabour pushing ahead with proposed cuts to welfare and disability benefits that will push bristol south further into poverty @karinsmyth must vote no!#TakingThePIP
