CALIFORNIA DUDES ARE RAMRODDING this prison. They need water just to break ground. So the ARK Board of Corrections is dropping $50K to drill two wells risking local well water. It’s an unreasonable use of well water/ rights issue. Don’t drain the aquifer to build boondoggle.

Chicken farm very near the prison site drilled 4 250 ft. wells. All dry. Water utility said no water for farm. Now they pray for rain. But sure—let’s build a MEGA prison! Millions being committed. No water secured.
