Residents from a social care home supported by our monastery visited our women’s farmstead. They attended a prayer service, enjoyed tea together, and then spent time strolling and resting in the tranquil countryside—listening to birdsong and taking in the beauty of nature.

On July 18th, we celebrated its patronal feast. The monastics, sisters of mercy, and brothers gathered for the festal Divine Liturgy. Together, we prayerfully honored our monastery’s heavenly patroness St Elisabeth Feodorovna and asked her intercession for our ongoing ministries.

COMMEMORATING THE HOLY ROYAL PASSION-BEARERS On July 17, the Orthodox Church honours the memory of the holy Royal Passion-Bearers: Tsar Nicholas II, Tsaritsa Alexandra, and their five children—Tsarevich Alexis and the Grand Duchesses Olga, Tatiana, Maria, and Anastasia.
