Aorto oeso fistula - FCMS for recurrent benign oeso stricture. Multiple previous dilatations, Developed aortooeso fistula. Had arterial stent in thoracic aorta. Re presented with bleeding. When you know, its time to let nature take its course!@DrBloodandGuts #GItwitter

Primary needle knife papilotomy Severe cholangitis, on ionotropes. On clopidogrel. INR 2. It is always risk versus benefit. This intervention took 5 mins, and the difference was immediate. BP improved within minutes, and the patient was "ill to well" within couple of hours.
FB (wide diameter) removal. Gastric overtube, made 2 x slits at the lower end. FB was captured with snare & negotiated partly into the lips of the slit overtube. With a constant pressure on the catheter, overtube with FB was pulled out. What's your technique ? #GItwitter
