The better the open source models get, the more adoption of AI occurs within enterprises. Sending data to OpenAI, Anthropic and even Google is a nonstarter for many companies in sensitive industries. DeepSeek is more popular than people think within large enterprises.
I used to think sprint planning, standups, retros were useless as a SWE. Now as a founder I understand why every company does it. Doing it with intentionality and a clear purpose instead of just going through the motions makes a night and day difference.

When running lots of concurrent agents, the 0.1% edge cases get weird. Just had one of our browser agents open a Salesforce support ticket when it got stuck on its task.
