WATCH: President @KagutaMuseveni younger brother @KagutaNzeire was in Hoima City today seeking support from the @NRMOnline delegates for the position of National Vice Chairperson for Western Uganda ahead of the Delegates Conference later in August.

The Hoima District LCV Chairperson Uthuman Mubarak has raised concerns over irregularities that marred the Thursday NRM Primaries for local government elections. He says the power remains in the hands of the people of Hoima come general elections later in January next year.

UPDATE: Hon @KagutaNzeire has challenged @NRMOnline voters in greater Hoima to elect leaders based on their potential to offer service delivery instead of small amounts of money issued to them. He says when leaders are voted based on money, it ends up affecting service delivery.

Henry Isingoma from Nyati Agro Inputs says there is a need for farmers to first understand the health of their soils through conducting testing. He however says Hoima City lacks a soil testing laboratory which is a challenge to farmers.

Hon Nzeire Kaguta Nowomugisha says during his tenure as a district Chairperson for Kiruhura, he has been able to ensure @NRMOnline wins presidential and parliamentary elections across the district for the last 15 years and he wants to use the same experience for the region.

Nzeire Sedrack Kaguta: He has been the @NRMOnline Vice Chairperson for Kiruhura district for the last 15 years serving his party. He now seeks support on the position of the Vice Chairperson for Western Uganda in the upcoming party elections on August 25 at Namboole Stadium.

Hon Nzeire Sedrack Kaguta says Bunyoro region is blessed to have more than six multi-billion projects and one of his plans is to ensure local youth are skilled in order to get involved in these projects adding that being elected as Vice Chairperson will give him a greater voice.
