Another fantastic year for our sports teams draws to a close&what a year it has been! - 258 of our pupils have represented the school in a fixture/event - We’ve hosted&organised more fixtures than ever before - A, B C teams entered in multiple comps - Some great memories made!
It’s FREE entry today at The @HerbertDirect Stadium as we welcome @Croydon_FC for a 3:00pm friendly Our bar & canteen will be open 90 minutes before kick off for a pre-match pint

Not much says end of the last day of Junior School than a whole year group game of Hungry Hippos! Quite a bit of cheating going on too tut tut!

Team management from the winning team had these comments after the hard-fought game. The children were unavailable to comment after the game, unconfirmed reports coming out of their camp of tears and tantrums after getting so close, but ultimately losing, again.
Narrow win for the adults in the annual Y6 v staff Roundrs,winning by just half a Rounder. It went to a Superover,but the experience of the staff got over the line to reclaim the🏆 Rounders from Dudeney,Showell,Matthews(new supply teacher)&Evans on the scoresheet for the victors!

Their next challenge came as they faced JFV Concordia from Germany 🇩🇪 but another convincing result saw them top their group with a tough final group game to come later today P2 W2 F16 A0 Goals from Collyer, Austin 2, Hawley 2 and a standout hat-trick from York
A massive thanks to all who came to watch, it was brilliant to see so many people watching&it really created a great atmosphere and experience for the players. Thank you to @HorshamFC for allowing us to use your fantastic facilities again, what a great experience for both teams!
The boys got the goals the girls didn’t, running up a big 13-1 win against @LeechpoolSchool , with Ned scoring 5, 3 from Ben and further goals from Finn, Logan, Ben B, Noah and JT. A massive congratulations to the boys, ending their time at SJA in the best way possible!
Two excellent cup finals this evening at @HorshamFC , the girls gave it everything but just couldn’t get the ball in the net, hitting the woodwork 3 times 😩 and some great saves from the @LeechpoolSchool GK, earning Leechpool a 1-0 win. Congratulations Leechpool on the win!
