"Azchdarchids would eat our pets, they would eat our children, they would eat our livestock" Let me show you the first place those spindly fucks are going to go if we brought them back
Imagine working at McDonald's and being told to take tye trash to tye dumpster and there's just this fuckass giraffe sized stork waiting there because it wants the garbage. And you know his ass isn't waiting for the bag to hit the dumpster. It's protocol to have an airhorn now 🤣
The D-rex getting a hold of basically anything because have you seen the size of that thing
I hate to be the bearer of bad news.
Just when you thought Triassic weirdos couldn't get any weirder.
I am proud and grateful to present a dream project today in @Nature! nature.com/articles/s4158… Meet #Mirasaura grauvogeli, a #wonderreptilewith skin appendages that rival feathers and hairs, challenging our view of reptile #evolution🪶🦎
"One of the largest and most formidable dromaeosaurs available for your park" So there's other large Dromaeosaurs available then? Austroraptor maybe
First discovered in 1975 and named for where it was found, the Utahraptor family is ready to hunt together! Pre-order now: fron.dev/d78c
Man really gave us one final great performance and then dipped. RIP to a Prince 🫡

Sorry for my moots that have to see this but
New look at Silver Surfer in ‘THE FANTASTIC FOUR’
My living nightmare. I will endure the next 24hrs of horrific torture as I have years prior but that doesn't make any less torturous.
One hour and five minutes until it begins.
Convergent evolution strikes again and once again a collaborative effort from the rainforests of Australia and Central America. In Australia we have the Red-Eyed Tree Frog(Ranoidea chloris), and in Central America we have the Red-Eyed Tree Frog(Agalychnis callidryas)

Give me something like Raptor Red or what WWD 3D should have been. A zero dialouge story that follows a dinosaur through its life. I would accept text for place and species names, but no narration and no weird telepathic speaking.
Okay, drop your dinosaur movie idea that Hollywood should produce that is NOT a Jurassic Park / World movie. Go!
Somehow, I found one of the rarest snakes in the Southeastern US Still hasn't seen one of the most common despite constantly being in habitat for them.
left side also includes things like scorpions, giant water bugs, and any North American fox except Island
Convergent evolution goes hard in snakes, often not only converging on the same body plan but even the same colors and lifestyles in snakes that are extremely distantly related and continents apart.
Convergent evolution is a helluva a thing. On the left, a secretary bird most closely related to things like hawks and eagles. On the right, a seriema of the, well, terror bird line…
This is true and if you disagree you've definitely not had to fight off a dog before; however there's also something to be said for how helpless one can feel against a predator you stand no chance of overpowering or outrunning like a bear or lion. So story wise both are good.
I think JP velociraptors would be much more dangerous if they were as big as actual velociraptors. I think smaller, nimble critters can be quite of a problem
The jewel of the Sandhills. Quite happy to have finally found my lifer Scarlet Kingsnake (Lampropeltis elapsoides) because as some of y'all know not only has this been near the top of my list for the better part of 10 years but I have put in so many hours for them.
