Welp. The Trump Mobile auto-renew system is working. Despite me not having active service at this point OR my phone number I ported OR having heard back from support. Pt. 2 is shaping up to be a roller coaster. Think I’ll be able to cancel?
Twitter: “Stop criticizing iOS 26 and Liquid Glass! It’s a beta! They’re going to fix it before launch!!” Meanwhile, iOS 18:

Has anybody showed Trump ChatGPT! Cause it would help him like soooo much given a modern LLM hallucinates less than him.
NEWS: President Trump said he considered attempting to break up Nvidia to increase competition in artificial intelligence chips before finding out "it's not easy in that business." bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
Fun trivia: tomorrow is July 24 and the state of Utah takes this day very seriously. “Pioneer Day” commemorates the arrival of Mormon settlers to Salt Lake and it is basically the Fourth of July 2. There are barbecues, fireworks, and most people don’t work. It’s a great day.
If Nintendo thinks Mario Kart World is worth $79, why do they think Donkey Kong Bananza is only worth $69? The latter is arguably a better game and they’ve now validated the reality that their pricing model makes no sense.

LIQUID GLASS IS BACK
Can we stop acting like the iPhone mini was some tragic failure caused by a few Twitter pundits? Apple does massive market research, and the mini wasn’t a failure—it was one of the best-selling phones overall. Worst-selling iPhone? Sure, but so is the Plus that replaced it.
My perspective is Apple spent three years working on a UI and shouldn’t throw it away over a week of Twitter posts. (Not that the UI is perfect). That’s how we ended up with an iPhone mini that nobody who said Apple should make one actually bought or would recommend.
“ beta 2 is the best”
Liquid Glass Change: iOS 26 Beta 2 vs Beta 3 vs Beta 4.
Call me crazy, but I don’t think we should move past exposing diddlers. If you don’t think files that implicate diddlers are such a big deal, then there ought to be no problem releasing files that implicate diddlers.
Planned obsolescence exists, but it's almost never the reason why things suck. Take a simple LED lightbulb. It has LED chips, a driver system for current conversion and voltage regulation, which includes inductors, rectifier diodes, a heat sink, diffusers, and more. Yet,…
Of course. If someone had to write a consumerist comment, it had to be you. I’m not gonna say survivorship bias is not a thing, but so can’t you say the same thing about planned obsolescence. One of the best and most obvious examples is light bulbs.
If you ever want to experience the worst feeling ever, knowingly cause pain to your child. Lil girl got a lip tie cut recently and we have to stretch it out to keep the wound open so it doesn't heal back to its natural state and it hurts her and it's so sad to have to do.
Who cares… the only thing that matters is that as long as Trump is still alive, our precious aspartame will be protected. Say no to yucky sucralose.
"I have been speaking to @CocaCola about using REAL Cane Sugar in Coke in the United States, and they have agreed to do so. I’d like to thank all of those in authority at Coca-Cola. This will be a very good move by them — You’ll see. It’s just better!" –President Donald J. Trump
It’s several years old, but still kicks butt and remains the best value computer Apple has ever made. You cannot get a better screen on a laptop for this price. Period.
The fact that you can get an M1 MacBook Pro for under $900 is truly insane
You guys have no idea idea how hard it is to find a phone that nobody gives a crap about in decent condition. This acquisition is 6-months in the making! Video coming eventually on Intel’s massive x86 Android failure.
