In my first twitch stream i successfully assembled the broken 2 year old Alpha Stirling engine demo model. It was fun fixing it in live session. I ran the model successfully in stream but I would like to share the run video here as well.
Streamed first time in twitch for 1.5 hours and at the end of stream I realised I forgot to switch on save stream option 😅😅

Self designed and 3d printed an Alpha configuration Stirling engine. > PLA plastic with 30% infill in all parts for stands > Runs on ethanol flame 🔥. It also runs in sunlight using fresnel lens > Continuously runs for about 4to 5 minutes and then gets saturated with heat

It’s taking the final form but still little more tweaks in design to make it fully DIY assembly STEM kit. Coming soon… Air engine car-Runs on hand operated balloon pump, soon to be available for sale..



Made some more modification to the current design. Removed huge metal nuts at base of the model and replaced with rubber tyres to improve vibrational stability. Still few more tweaks and i am good to go to next step.
