Happy 20th birthday @parkrun. The existence of parkrun has enabled me to go from non-runner to doing 98 increasingly speedy Saturday morning timed 5k runs in 5 years. With it, I've enjoyed countless physical & mental health benefits. Thanks @parkrunUK - keep doing what you do!
